At Menagerie Farm & Flower, we want you to be delighted with your garden-inspired treasures; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on non-perishable home goods within 30 days of delivery. Please note that live plants, seeds, and bulbs are final sale due to their delicate nature, but we guarantee their health upon arrival.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our floral concierge team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your unused home items in their original Menagerie Farm & Flower packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our farm studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
